This patient had always wanted larger breasts and specifically wanted an "augmented" look. Dr. Plant achieved this with high profile, extra filled implants placed above the muscle through an inframammary crease incision. A Periareolar lift was discussed due to the slightly low position of her areolae however the location doesn't bother her and she preferred not to have the scars associated with the lift at this point in her life.
