Description:
This patient came to Dr. Plant with severe capsular contracture and waterfall deformity of her 20-year-old breast implants. She wanted the implants replaced and moved higher on her chest to get a fuller, more youthful look. Dr. Plant accomplished this by performing bilateral capsulectomies, replacing her 360g implants with new, High Profile 400g implants and a concurrent vertical mastopexy ("lollipop lift"). Results are shown at 3 months.
