This patient had never developed as much as she'd hoped and because of that was never comfortable wearing a bathing suit. She wanted to increase her breasts from an A cup to a C or a D and Dr. Plant helped her accomplish that with a breast augmentation procedure. He used IDEAL 370cc implants (filled to 400cc on the right and 390cc on the left) placed in a dual plane pocket through an inframammary crease incision to give her the breasts she'd always wanted.
