How to Participate

1. Capture Your Amazing Transformation: Snap some captivating photos that showcase your great results. Whether it’s a selfie at the gym, pool or beach or a before-and-after showing your whole journey, highlight the incredible results you’ve achieved through cosmetic surgery with Dr. Plant.
2. Post it: share your photos on instagram with your followers. Captions that give some details as to what procedures were done will definitely be preferred when we’re choosing winners!
3. Tag (and Follow Us): Tag both @dr.m.plant and @torontoplasticsurgeon in your caption, ensuring we see your entry. Make sure to follow our accounts to stay connected with the latest updates and announcements.
4. Hashtag it: Include the official contest hashtag, #BodyByDrPlant, in your caption. This will ensure your entry is counted and eligible for consideration.

1. This contest is open ended and currently has no end date. We plan to keep it going for as long as everyone is still having fun with it. You may submit as many separate entries as you wish over time. Feel free to share multiple aspects of your journey or showcase different procedures you’ve undergone. If we repost your photo, you’re a winner!
2. Winners will be tagged when we repost their entry and this will be the notification you’ve won. Please contact the office ASAP to arrange your treatment.
3. Patients are eligible to win up to twice per year, ensuring everyone has a fair chance to be rewarded for their amazing transformations.
4. If you did not take the photo yourself, please ensure you have obtained the necessary permissions and rights to share your photos. By entering the contest, you confirm that you have full ownership and authority over the submitted content.
5. The credit is non-transferrable and cannot be used for any other treatments or products.
6. Credit expires 1 year from the date we repost your entry.
